BTCCSquare news:

STS Digital, a Bermuda-licensed cryptocurrency trading platform, has raised $30 million in a strategic funding round led by CMT Digital. The investment signals growing institutional demand for crypto derivatives, particularly options used for risk management and yield strategies.

The platform bridges traditional finance and digital assets, emphasizing robust balance sheets and counterparty risk mitigation. Backers include Payward, Strobe Ventures, Arrington Capital, F-Prime Capital, and BitRock Capital—a consortium reflecting institutional confidence in crypto's maturation.

Chairman Gideon Hyams highlighted the capital's role in scaling pricing services for spot, options, and structured products. The funding arrives as institutions increasingly seek regulated venues for crypto exposure, with Bermuda's oversight providing a jurisdictional advantage.
